Stayed at a hotel in Biliran and the room was really spacious and perfect for 3 people, with comfortable beds. The hotel is located in the commercial center which makes it easy to access many places in the town. the staff was communicative and helpful throughout the stay.
The water was a bit rusty and there was no heater provided which was quite inconvenient. I was not satisfied with my stay at the hotel due to the lack of basic amenities like the heater and clean water.

Great central location, easy to access the whole city. Rooms were big and clean, with comfy beds. Staff were helpful and always available. Fresh water dispenser, Wifi, and air-conditioning were all great additions.
Water had a tinge of rust and there was no water heater.
